Anti-Spam Policy

This policy applies to all websites and services operated by TBIT DESIGN, including tbitdesign.com and its associated domains.

Our commitment

TBIT DESIGN does not send unsolicited commercial emails (spam). All email communications from us are based on the opt-in model: you will only receive emails from us if you have actively requested them – for example by subscribing to our newsletter, submitting a contact form, making a purchase or otherwise initiating contact with us.

Every marketing email we send includes a clearly visible unsubscribe link. If you opt out, we will remove you from our mailing list promptly. Your right to withdraw consent at any time is guaranteed under Art. 7 (3) GDPR.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address in order to:

  • Respond to enquiries, requests or questions
  • Process orders and send information and updates pertaining to orders
  • Send you additional information related to products or services you have purchased
  • Send newsletter communications, only if you have explicitly subscribed

We do not sell, rent or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our standards

All email communications from TBIT DESIGN will:

  • Not use false or misleading subject lines or sender addresses
  • Clearly identify commercial messages as such
  • Include our physical business address
  • Provide a working unsubscribe mechanism in every email
  • Honour opt-out requests without delay

Prohibited use

Do not use TBIT DESIGN services, products or branding to send any form of unsolicited bulk communication. This includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited commercial emails, messages to harvested email lists, purchased mailing lists, or any form of communication that the recipient has not explicitly consented to receive.

Any TBIT DESIGN customer, affiliate or user found to be sending spam in connection with our services will have their account terminated immediately and may be held legally and financially responsible for their actions.

Autoresponders

Automated email sequences (autoresponders) sent through our services are based entirely on the opt-in model. Recipients must have expressed interest by contacting us, filling out a form, making a purchase or otherwise initiating communication. All automated messages include an unsubscribe link.
